Shipping charges are as follows :
UP TO $35.00.....$8.95
$35.01 - $50.00.....$10.95
$50.01 - $75.00.....$12.95
$75.01 - $100.00...$14.95
OVER $100.00 - FREE SHIPPING !
(some exceptions apply)
Large items such as furniture pieces, which are bulky and heavy, require extra care and will incur a DELIVERY SURCHARGE.
Delivery details :
All orders are shipped after payment is received. Sassy City Kids uses USPS, UPS GROUND, and FED EX for most shipping. However, many items are shipped directly from the designer or manufacturer so occasionally a different method of shipping will be used.
Please note : The merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations and may arrive seperately though you will not incur any additional charges.
Delivery time :
Delivery time varies by product. Some specialty items and custom items can take anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks for completion and 3 - 7 days for shipping. Please see the product description for estimated delivery times.
International Orders :
Most of our designers/manufacturers only ship to the 48 states within the U.S. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States, please call or email before placing your order to confirm that the item you are purchasing can be shipped to you.
Shipments will incur higher charges than stated above.
Freight shipments :
This type of shipping is used only when purchasing larger items such as cribs, beds, chairs etc.. and will incur a Delivery Surcharge.
If you are receiving a shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company will contact you before delivery to schedule a time. You must be present to receive and sign for your delivery, at that time you should thoroughly inspect your package. If you should find any signs of damage please make a note on the delivery ticket and contact us immediately.
