We accept payments via Mastercard, Discover card, Visa and PayPal. Payment can be made through our secure shopping cart or by contacting us by phone. Please have credit card information available, including type, number and expiration date .

Sassy city kids is required to collect a mandatory sales tax of 7.75 % for all orders shipped to a Nevada address. No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside the state of Nevada.

We hope that you will be very pleased with your purchase, but in the event that you are not completely satisfied please notify us at INFO@SASSYCITYKIDS.COM within 10 business days of receiving your order.

We will be happy to issue a refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus shipping charges.

All returns or exchanges MUST be authorized prior to returning a product.

A return address will be e-mailed to you, as well as an approval number and general instructions.

We suggest you send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. Items in less than perfect condition will be sent back at customer's expense.

All drop shipped items will be returned directly to the manufacturer and will be subject to a 25 % restocking fee.

All sale items are FINAL. Furniture, Custom bedding, and Personalized items are also FINAL SALE. We cannot issue refunds for those items.
